Christopher Warren is currently a library associate at the Suwanee branch of the Gwinnett County Public Library. In addition to basic circulation, reference, and collection maintenance duties, he also hosts a monthly book club for young adults and provides troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and audio/visual equipment. He has also coordinated library programs for professional development and staff recognition, has developed system-wide programming for the library’s Teen Summer Reading Program, and is currently researching and authoring the library’s three-year technology plan. He has also presented at conferences on social networking sites and young adults and on Web 2.0 technologies in general.
He received his Bachelor’s in English from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Information Studies from Florida State University.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, laughter, music of all types, walks in the park, and judging high school debate.
